Cancellations/Reschedule - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please be courteous and give a 24 hour notice when possible.  Failing to provide the proper cancellation may result in a $15 charge.  Payment will be due before your next appointment.  Thank you! 

 

Sickness - Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. 

 

Distance restrictions - Additional fees will be applied to areas outside of the 25 mile service area of 43119; please contact me to discuss. Fees starting at $6.

 

Payment - Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit card and cash only. Please no personal checks
